A one-hundred-eighty-degree relationship connects opposite zodiacal positions. It symbolizes polarity, perspective, and the need for integration. Relationships can make an opposition visible, but another person is not responsible for resolving your chart.
How Asteria calculates it
The shortest angular separation between two planetary longitudes is compared with 180°. A match is included when the difference is at most 8°. The remaining difference is the orb. Orbs are conventions and differ between schools; Asteria’s chart includes major and selected minor longitude aspects.
